Rescue Me

I found this poor guy on the ocean beach at Hither Hills State Park in Montauk, NY. I reported him to our local aquarium in Riverhead. He was rescued the following day. I really don't know what ultimately became of him. It is rumored that the Riverhead Foundation has limited ability to handle the large number of strandings here on Long Island, and from what I understand, they have some sort of infection that is treatable with antibiotics.
